NOVELTY - Cathode material comprises 10-20 pts. wt. nanoporous polypyrrole tube, 15-25 pts. wt. fluorinated graphene, 8-14 pts. wt tin oxide nano-tube, 35-45 pts. wt. hollow porous cobalt-titanium-selenium-oxygen-boron, 0.1-0.3 2-mercapto-benzoselenazole, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. trivinyltrimethylcyclotrisilazane, and 4-9 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide. The fluorinated graphene is fluorinated graphene GFX100. The cobalt source compound is cobalt nitrate and cobalt chloride. The titanium source compound is titanium tetrachloride. The inert gas is nitrogen, helium, neon and argon. USE - The cathode material is useful for lithium battery in electronic device, power automobile and other product field, preferably electric vehicle, hybrid vehicle, plug-in hybrid electric vehicle and hydrogen-powered vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The cathode material has high energy density and theoretical specific capacity, good conductivity, good cycle performance, and small capacity attenuation of the lithium battery.
