▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of polyphenylene sulfide/graphene composite material includes adding sodium sulfide, additive, and solvent in a reaction kettle, purging nitrogen, heating to 180-210 degrees C, and carrying out distillation dehydration; cooling the reaction kettle to 160-180 degrees C, adding p-dichlorobenzene and solvent, introducing nitrogen, increasing temperature to 240-270 degrees C, reacting 2-4 hours, and optionally adding 0.1-15 wt.% graphene; carrying out mechanical dispersion and in situ polycondensation; and separating, purifying, drying, extruding, and granulating. USE - Method for the preparation of polyphenylene sulfide/graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has readily available raw materials, has relatively mild reactions, and has high yield. The composite material has enhanced thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of polyphenylene sulfide/graphene composite material comprises adding sodium sulfide, additive, and solvent in a reaction kettle, purging nitrogen, heating to 180-210 degrees C, and carrying out distillation dehydration; cooling the reaction kettle to 160-180 degrees C, adding p-dichlorobenzene and solvent, introducing nitrogen, sealing reaction kettle, slowly warming to 220-230 degrees C, reacting for 2-4 hours, increasing temperature to 240-270 degrees C, react 2-4 hours, stopping reaction, and optionally adding 0.1-15 wt.% graphene; carrying out mechanical dispersion to obtain graphene-monomer dispersion liquid, and carrying out in situ polycondensation; and separating, purifying, drying, extruding, and granulating, where the mol ratio of p-dichlorobenzene and sodium sulfide is 1:1-1.1, and where the amount of reactive monomer is 85-99.9 wt.%.
