▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Aerobically producing graphene from graphene oxide (GO) with a microorganism comprises growing the microorganism cultures in suitable media under aerobic conditions; reducing concentration of the cultures of 102 to 1010 colony forming units (CFU)/mL, where the reduced concentration comprises transferring a portion of the culture to a vessel; adding GO to the vessel; removing the added GO from the vessel after a predetermined time, where the removed GO contains graphene; and recovering the graphene. USE - The method is used for aerobically producing graphene from GO with a microorganism. ADVANTAGE - Systems and methods are provided for producing graphene from GO in an environmentally friendly, safe, cost effective and simple process, which uses microorganisms as a reducing agent to achieve the desired result. The systems and methods avoid the use of toxic or environmentally harmful reducing agents commonly used as reducing agents in the chemical reduction of GO to obtain graphene.
