▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Printing photocurable graphene-based conductive ink comprises (i) preparing graphene conductive ink by ultrasonically dispersing 10-30 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. chlorinated polypropylene resin, 20-60 pts. wt. solvent, 8-20 pts. wt. graphene quantum dots, 20-70 pts. wt. monomer, 1-5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent and 1-10 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, then transferring dispersion into grinding machine and grinding until ink fineness is less than 10 mu m, and (ii) adding light curing agent in obtained graphene conductive ink, then adding 0.1-1 wt.% monomer, spraying the design pattern on the surface of the substrate under atmosphere of ultraviolet source or laser beam with wavelength of 365-405 nm to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for printing photocurable graphene-based conductive ink. ADVANTAGE - The method is carried out under atmosphere of ultraviolet light or laser beam at wavelength of 365-405 nm.
