▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-based high temperature coating comprises 40-80% high temperature coating body and 20-60% graphene dispersion. The graphene dispersion includes graphene, boron nitride nano-sheets and water. The graphene is uniformly dispersed in the coating body by forming a pi pi bond with the boron nitride nano-sheet. USE - Used as graphene-based high temperature coating material. ADVANTAGE - The material is economical; has good dispersing effect; satisfies high strength, high wear resistance, high toughness, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and high temperature performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene-based high temperature coating, comprising (i) mixing boron nitride nano-sheets and dispersion medium water in proportion to obtain a mixture A; (ii) adding graphene to the mixture A, mixing the boron nitride nano-sheet and graphene uniformly and forming a pi - pi bond between the boron nitride nano-sheet and the graphene to obtain a graphene dispersion B; (iii) taking the high temperature binder, ceramic powder, metal powder and water, mixing, dispersing and grinding until the fineness reaches 15 mu m or less to obtain mixture C as a high temperature coating body; and (iv) adding gradually the graphene dispersion B to the mixture C and mixing uniformly to obtain a mixture D, where the high-temperature coating host mixture C is occupied by the 40-80% graphene=based high-temperature coating, and the graphene dispersion B accounts for 20-60%.
