▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing magnetic graphene oxide comprises mixing the water sample containing amide compounds with magnetic graphene oxide, ultrasonically mixing, oscillating in a constant temperature oscillator, adsorbing the magnetic graphene oxide to the bottom with a magnet, taking 1 ml solution, filtering through a filter membrane, analyzing and detecting in a liquid chromatography. USE - The magnetic graphene oxide is useful in adsorption of amide compound (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has characteristics of easy recovery and good adsorption effect and can satisfy the adsorption requirements of amide compounds to a extent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for detecting amide compound in environmental water sample comprising (a) preparing standard solutions containing amide compound, diluting to different concentrations, using liquid chromatography to detect, drawing the standard curve of amide compound and (b) detecting the sample obtained after the adsorption of the magnetic graphene oxide using the same conditions in step (a) and calculating the concentration of amides in the sample based on the standard curve of step (a).
