▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A silicon carbide thin film is formed on a substrate (10). A metal thin film is formed on the silicon carbide thin film, and heated to obtain a metal composite layer (14) and graphene (13) on the substrate. USE - Manufacture of graphene used for fabricating display device and electronic device (all claimed). Uses include but are not limited to electronic paper display device, organic light emitting device, liquid crystal display device, sensor, bipolar junction transistor, heterojunction bipolar transistor, single electron transistor, light emitting diode and solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of graphene with excellent conductivity, and light transmission property.
