NOVELTY - Preparing lubricating oil antiwear agent comprises e.g. (i) adding the graphene oxide powder into the dimethylformamide aqueous solution, dispersing ultrasonically, adding KH-570, heating, stirring, centrifuging, washing, and drying to obtain the modified graphene oxide, redispersing in water ultrasonically, adding hydrazine hydrate and reacting at 90-100 degrees C to obtain modified graphene solution; (ii) adding the nano-molybdenum disulfide into the water, dispersing ultrasonically, adding KH-570, heating, stirring, mixing it with the modified graphene solution, irradiating with ultraviolet light while stirring, and spray drying the mixture to obtain a compound powder; and (iii) adding tetraethylene glycol, triethylene glycol monomethyl ether, and boric acid into the reaction kettle, evacuating, holding, heating to 200-220 degrees C for 0.5-1 hours, maintaining the vacuum constant during the reaction, returning to normal pressure, cooling to normal temperature and adding the composite powder. USE - The method is useful for preparing lubricating oil antiwear agent. ADVANTAGE - The method: produces antiwear agent with high and low temperature viscosity of lubricating oil, lubrication performance and wear resistance thus saves fuel costs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing lubricating oil antiwear agent comprises (i) adding the graphene oxide powder into the dimethylformamide aqueous solution, dispersing ultrasonically, adding KH-570, heating, stirring, centrifuging, washing, and drying to obtain the modified graphene oxide, redispersing in water, dispersing ultrasonically, adding hydrazine hydrate and reacting at 90-100 degrees C for 40-60 minutes to obtain modified graphene solution; (ii) adding the nano-molybdenum disulfide into the water, dispersing ultrasonically, adding KH-570, heating, stirring, mixing it with the modified graphene solution, irradiating with ultraviolet light while stirring, and spray drying the mixture to obtain a compound powder; and (iii) adding tetraethylene glycol, triethylene glycol monomethyl ether, and boric acid into the reaction kettle at a weight ratio of 1:8-9:1, evacuating, holding at 90-100 degrees C for 1-1.5 hours, heating to 200-220 degrees C, heating for 0.5-1 hours, maintaining the vacuum constant during the reaction, returning to normal pressure, cooling to normal temperature and adding the composite powder. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a lubricating oil comprising an antiwear agent.
