NOVELTY - A nitrile rubber is obtained by vulcanizing the raw nitrile-butadiene rubber by adding composite fillers. The composite filler is composed of modified silica and modified graphene. The modified silica is silica modified by 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane. The modified graphene is graphene having surface coated epoxy resin using 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane modification. USE - Nitrile rubber used as special synthetic rubber. ADVANTAGE - The nitrile rubber has low compression deformation and high mechanical property, and improves the bonding and compatibility between graphene and epoxy resin, improves compatibility of composite filler and rubber matrix and self-dispersibility of composite filler. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nitrile rubber, which involves (S1) preparing modified silica by adding 38-42 parts mass silica in the beaker, adding 2-5 parts mass 3-amino propyl triethoxy silane and 250-300 parts mass deionized water, sealing with preservative film and ultrasonically dispersing the mixture, magnetically stirring the obtained solution for 1-3 hours, vacuum drying at 100-105℃ for 20-24 hours, grinding, and continuously vacuum drying at 100-105℃ until the water completely volatilizes, (S2) adding 10-50 parts mass epoxy resin and 2-10 parts mass graphene into the beaker, adding 110-130 parts mass ethanol and 0.5-2 parts mass methyl hexahydrophthalic anhydride curing agent, heating at 65-70℃ under electrically stirring, heat-preserving for 3-4 hours, coating the epoxy resin on the graphene surface, filtering, washing and drying to obtain graphene having surface coated with epoxy resin, adding 2-5 parts mass 3-amino propyl triethoxy silane into 10-25 parts mass graphene, adding 130-200 parts mass deionized water and sealing, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, magnetically stirring the obtained solution for 1-3 hours, vacuum drying for 20-24 hours at 100-105℃ to obtain the modified graphene and (S3) adding modified silica and modified graphene as composite filler into nitrile rubber crude rubber and vulcanizing.
