▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A composite masterbatch comprises 100-120 pts. wt. polyester chips, 20-40 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3-10 pts. wt. inorganic filler particles, 0.5-2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.1-2 pts. wt. light stabilizer and 0.2-1 pt. wt. UV-absorber. The inorganic filler particles include silicon dioxide particles having a particle size of 1-5 mu m and aluminum oxide particles with a particle size of 5-15 mu m. The mass ratio of silicon dioxide particles to the aluminum oxide particles is 1:(0.1-0.3). USE - Composite masterbatch for auxiliary layer of polyester reflective film. ADVANTAGE - The composite masterbatch has excellent antistatic property, anti-adsorption property and anti-blocking performance, and avoids the production instability caused by the uneven mixing of the materials used in the production of the polyester reflective film due to excessive bins, and improves the stability of the polyester reflective film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing composite masterbatch for auxiliary layer of polyester reflective film, which involves (i) adding polyester chips, graphene oxide, inorganic filler particles, antioxidants, light stabilizers and UV- absorbers to a twin-screw extruder, melting, mixing, carrying out homogenization and devolatilization, and obtaining molten mixture, (ii) adding molten mixture through a solution pump and filtering through a filter, and then extruding through a die to obtain a strip-shaped melt, and then cooling the melt with water, then passing through a water separator and hot air dryer to remove water, and then pelletizing to obtain composite masterbatch was obtained.
