▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A wear-resistant aqueous graphene metal anti-rust primer comprises 43-45 pts. wt. acrylate emulsion, 7-9 pts. wt. waste polystyrene foam, 5.2-5.4 pts. wt. graphene, 6-8 pts. wt. carbon black, 13-16 pts. wt. grapefruit powder, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. zinc borate, 1-2 pts. wt. hyaluronic acid, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. hydroxyethyl cellulose, 2-4 pts. wt. grape seed oil, 9-12 pts. wt. pure acrylic emulsion, 1.6-1.8 pts. wt. ( gamma )-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane, 22-24 pts. wt. pigment, and certain amount of deionized water. USE - Wear-resistant aqueous graphene metal anti-rust primer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aqueous graphene metal anti-rust primer has high hardness, excellent chemical resistance, water resistance, corrosion resistance, wear-resistance, adhesion property, and mechanical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of wear-resistant aqueous graphene metal anti-rust primer, which involves (i) drying grape vines, grinding, sieving to 120-140 mesh, adding pure acrylic emulsion, and carbon black into a high-speed mixer, high-speed stirring for 10-15 minutes, high temperature treating at 600-700 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, cooling to room temperature, adding grape seed oil, and ultrasonically grinding for 40-50 minutes to obtain modified mixed powder, (ii) adding hyaluronic acid to 1-2 times the total weight of deionized water, stirring and mixed, adding ( gamma )-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane, dispersing for 15-20 minutes, adding graphene, stirring, mixing, placing in a water bath at 85-95 degrees C for 8-10 hours, adding into the mixer, high-speed stirring at 30 rpm for 30 seconds, filtering, and drying to obtain modified graphene, (iii) washing the waste polystyrene foam, drying, crushing, adding to 1.5-2 times the weight of mixed solvent, stirring, completely dissolving, adding an acrylate emulsion, and zinc borate, stirring, mixing, placing in a water bath at 55-65 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, and stirring to obtain modified acrylic emulsion, (iv) adding modified mixed powder and modified graphene to the deionized water, stirring for 10-15 minutes, slowly adding pigment dispersion, high-speed stirring for 30-60 minutes, milling to the particle size of below 60 mu m, adding modified acrylate emulsion and other remaining components, continuously and uniformly dispersing, vacuum degassing at 0.1 MPa for 1-2 hours, and filtering.
