NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene/nylon 6 composite material involves atomizing and drying single layer graphene oxide dispersion to obtain pleated spherical graphene oxide with carbon/oxygen, then adding pleated spherical graphene oxide and deionized water and caprolactam and stirring to form dispersion, adding dispersion to polycondensation reaction kettle under the protection of nitrogen, heating and reacting to obtain polymer melt, cooling and granulating polymer melt, continuously polymerizing in a VK tube, cooling polymer melt and granulating. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/nylon 6 composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of graphene/nylon 6 composite material with excellent mechanical performance, high temperature resistance, anti-UV aging resistance, dispersibility and machinability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene/nylon 6 composite material involves atomizing and drying single layer graphene oxide dispersion having size of 1-50 mu m to obtain pleated spherical graphene oxide with carbon/oxygen in ratio of 2.5-5, then adding 0.01-3.5 parts mass pleated spherical graphene oxide and 1-3 parts mass deionized water and 100 parts mass caprolactam, stirring at speed of 300-500 rpm and temperature of 80 degrees C to form dispersion, adding dispersion to polycondensation reaction kettle under the protection of nitrogen, heating at temperature of 250-270 degrees C and pressure of 0.5-1 MPa for 2-4 hours and reacting for 4-6 hours to obtain polymer melt, cooling and granulating polymer melt to obtain graphene/nylon 6 composite material, continuously polymerizing in a VK tube at temperature of 260 degrees C for 20 hours, cooling polymer melt and granulating.
