NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide/polyvinylidene fluoride composite film involves dissolving flaky graphene oxide in N,N-dimethylformamide, dissolving polyvinylidene fluoride powder in N,N-dimethylformamide, mixing deionized water and graphene oxide/N,N-dimethylformamide suspension, ultrasonically dispersing, mixing obtained mixture and polyvinylidene fluoride/N,N-dimethylformamide suspension, ultrasonically dispersing, pouring obtained mixture on a glass substrate, vacuum-drying, cooling, and peeling a polymer film on the glass substrate. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide/polyvinylidene fluoride composite film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene oxide/polyvinylidene fluoride composite film with favorable dielectric property, and without defects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene oxide/polyvinylidene fluoride composite film involves dissolving flaky graphene oxide in N,N-dimethylformamide, obtaining 0.01-0.02 %mass graphene oxide/N,N-dimethylformamide suspension, ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide/N,N-dimethylformamide suspension, dissolving polyvinylidene fluoride powder in N,N-dimethylformamide, obtaining 2.50-3 %mass polyvinylidene fluoride/N,N-dimethylformamide suspension, mixing deionized water and graphene oxide/N,N-dimethylformamide suspension in volume ratio of 1:5-6, ultrasonically dispersing obtained mixture, mixing obtained mixture and polyvinylidene fluoride/N,N-dimethylformamide suspension in volume ratio of 1:3-3.5, ultrasonically dispersing obtained mixture, pouring obtained mixture on a glass substrate, vacuum-drying in an oven, cooling to room temperature, removing glass substrate, and peeling a polymer film on the glass substrate.
