NOVELTY - A bio-mineralized graphene-modified calcium carbonate particles comprise silk fibroin, chitosan, graphene and calcium carbonate. The silk fibroin and chitosan constitute a porous particle carrier. The graphene and calcium carbonate are deposited in the pores of the porous particle carrier. USE - Bio-mineralized graphene-modified calcium carbonate particles used in cosmetics (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of bio-mineralized graphene-modified calcium carbonate particles, which involves mixing silk fibroin solution and chitosan solution, adding alcohol solution, heating, evaporating, concentrating to obtain concentrated silk fibroin/chitosan composite solution, adding solution of calcium oxide to graphene oxide solution, mixing uniformly, adding hydrazine hydrate, heating, reducing to obtain graphene-modified calcium ion solution, adding concentrated silk fibroin/chitosan composite solution, stirring, spray-drying to obtain porous composite precursor microspheres, soaking in urea solution at low temperature, and heat-treating.
