The adhesive film comprises 100 pts. wt. silicone epoxy resin, 0.01-0.05 pt. wt. graphene, 40-80 pts. wt. solvent, 1-4 pts. wt. coupling agent and 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - Graphene-filled anisotropic conductive pre-formed adhesive tape is useful for microprocessor, a flexible circuit board, LED, an automobile electronic, aerospace and nuclear energy applications. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-filled conductive pre-formed adhesive tape has high thermal conductivity, can be produced in an economical and simple manner, is convenient to use, and is suitable for large-scale production.
