NOVELTY - A mismatched structure solar multi-junction cell comprises a solar cell group (S1), a crystalline silicon substrate and a solar cell group (S2), which are provided in sequence. The upper surface of the crystalline silicon substrate is provided with a bonding structure (B1), and the lower surface of the crystalline silicon substrate is provided with a bonding structure (B2). The bonding structure (B1) and the bonding structure (B2) include convex columns provided at intervals. The upper surface of the crystalline silicon substrate is combined with the solar cell group (S1) through the bonding structure (B1). The lower surface of the crystalline silicon substrate is combined with the solar cell group (S2) through the bonding structure (B2). USE - Mismatched structure solar multi-junction cell. ADVANTAGE - The mismatched structure solar multi-junction cell has high stability and energy conversion efficiency. The stress of the convex column is released to prevent warping of the crystalline silicon substrate, solar cell group (S1) or solar cell group (S2), which reduces occurrence of defects such as dislocations.
