NOVELTY - The method involves forming a through-hole on a mask plate. A cleaned medium substrate is fixed to a plane by the mask plate according to angle requirement. The cleaned medium substrate is coated with a graphene nano-antenna layer, where thickness of the Graphene nano-antenna layer is about 300-400 nm and uniformity of the graphene nano-antenna layer is less than 3%. A fixed plate is inserted into the through-hole. The nano-antenna is connected with the graphene nano-antenna layer. The nano-antenna is formed as a V-shaped structure. USE - Method for manufacturing a microwave charging super-surface antenna of a microwave wireless charging device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables avoiding oxidization in a microwave wireless charging super-surface so as to reduce absorption of an electromagnetic wave. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a microwave wireless charging device.
