▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Transferring graphene thin film comprises: (a) using CVD grown graphene thin film on a copper foil; (b) covering the copper foil surface with poly propylene carbonate solution by spin coating method, heating to solidify the film; (c) lifting the poly propylene carbonate thin film from the copper foil surface, then transferring to a target substrate; (d) slowly warming the target substrate until poly propylene carbonate dissolves, lifting the flexible polymer; and (e) immersing the target substrate in chloroform and removing the residual poly propylene carbonate. USE - The method is useful for transferring graphene thin film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method ensures clean graphene thin film surface and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Transferring graphene thin film comprises: (a) using CVD grown graphene thin film on a copper foil; (b) uniformly covering the copper foil surface with poly propylene carbonate solution by spin coating method, allowing it to stand at room temperature, then heating to solidify the film; (c) lifting the poly propylene carbonate thin film containing graphene thin film using a flexible polymer from the copper foil surface, then transferring to a target substrate; (d) slowly warming the target substrate until poly propylene carbonate dissolves, then lifting the flexible polymer; and (e) immersing the target substrate in chloroform and removing the residual poly propylene carbonate.
