NOVELTY - Epoxy graphene intermediate comprises 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 80-150 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 3-26 pts. wt. latent solvent, and 0-6 pts. wt. catalyst. USE - Epoxy graphene intermediate used in acrylic emulsion for coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The epoxy graphene intermediate has low water absorption rate, high toughness and excellent comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1. A method for preparing epoxy graphene intermediate, which involves mixing the graphene, epoxy resin, latent solvent and catalyst according to portions by weight to obtain the epoxy graphene intermediate. 2. An acrylic emulsion, which comprises 155-195 pts. wt. acrylic monomer, 2-10 pts. wt. emulsifier, 0.2-1 pts. wt. oxidant, 0.3-1 pts. wt. reducing agent, 220-340 pts. wt. water and 50-100 pts. wt. intermediate. 3. A method for preparing acrylic emulsion, which involves mixing the acrylic monomer, emulsifier, oxidant, reducing agent, water and intermediate to obtain the acrylic emulsion.
