▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A preparation method of preferentially permeable membranes, involves (a) mixing acrylic esters, sulfonate, hydroxylated graphene oxide and solvent to obtain a polymer coating liquid and (b) coating the polymer coating liquid on the polysulfone membrane or the polyacrylonitrile membrane and drying the coated membrane. USE - Preparation method of preferentially permeable membrane for treating morpholine wastewater and recovering morpholine substances (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The membranes are prepared by simple and environmentally-friendly process flow without using solvents, at low energy consumption. The separated morpholine has high purity and low chroma. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for treating morpholine wastewater and recovering morpholine substances, which involves (1) sending the heavy component (I) at the bottom of the tower to the vacuum distillation tower for rectification after cooling, extracting wastewater with extremely low chemical oxygen demand (COD) content from the top of the tower and extracting heavy component (II) rich in morpholine substances from the bottom of the tower, (2) sending the heavy component (II) to a membrane module equipped with a preferentially permeable membrane for separation and obtaining the heavy component (III) containing morpholine substances on the intercept side and (3) sending the heavy component (III) to the morpholine refining tower for rectification and extracting morpholine substances with high purity and low color from the top of the tower.
