NOVELTY - High temperature resistant mold release coating comprises 100 pts. wt. mold release agent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. talc, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. zirconia, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. catalyst, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.01-0.1 pts. wt. defoamer, 5-20 pts. wt. high temperature resistant additives and 20-50 pts. wt. solvent. The release agent is a polyether release agent, and the zirconia is nano-zirconia fiber. The catalyst is an organotin catalyst, and the defoamer is polydimethylsiloxane. USE - High temperature resistant mold release coating for rubber molds. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a high temperature resistant release coating for rubber molds, which comprises (A) mixing 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. talc powder, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. zirconia, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. catalyst, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.01-0.1 pts. wt. defoamer and 20-50 pts. wt. solvent to the container and keep stirring for 1-2 hours; (B) adding 100 pts. wt. release agent to the mixed solution, and stirring at 80-160 degrees C for 3-5 hours; and (C) adding 5-20 pts. wt. high-temperature resistant additives to the mixed solution, stirring for 0.5-5 hours to obtain high-temperature resistant release coatings for rubber molds.
