NOVELTY - Manufacture of foamed mineral palm board involves preparing a mixture (m1) by mixing and stirring a magnetic material prepared by coating the magnetic nanoparticle mixture with graphene oxide and a viscosity modifier, a functional mineral material, a mineral materials (a1) and (a2), preparing a mixture (m2) by adding a foaming agent and a surfactant containing hydrogen peroxide to the mixture (m1), prepare a mixture (m3) by adding and stirring an inorganic catalyst to the mixture (m2), preparing foaming composition by adding a complex functional extract mixture containing a natural extract mixture containing Mokdanpi extract, Japanese pepper extract, juniper extract, and wormwood extract, and a mineral solution containing mineral salts, organic acids, germanium and selenium to the mixture (m3), and performing a foaming molding process using the foamed composition. USE - Manufacture of foamed mineral palm board (claimed) for controlling plant growth. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of foamed mineral palm board having excellent water absorption, antibacterial, bactericidal, deodorizing, sanitary, geomagnetism and far-infrared radiation effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of foamed mineral palm board involves preparing a mixture (m1) by mixing and stirring a magnetic material prepared by coating the magnetic nanoparticle mixture with graphene oxide and a viscosity modifier, a functional mineral material including a mixed mineral powder obtained by firing and grinding a ceramic mixture containing a metal oxide including aluminum oxide and magnesium oxide, iron oxide nanoparticles, cobalt oxide nanoparticles, nickel oxide containing nanoparticles and zinc oxide nanoparticles, a mineral material (a1) containing clay, kaolin, loess and white clay, and a mineral material (a2) including elvan, tourmaline and pegmatite, and titanium oxide, preparing a mixture (m2) by adding a foaming agent and a surfactant containing hydrogen peroxide to the mixture (m1), prepare a mixture (m3) by adding and stirring an inorganic catalyst comprising thermosetting resin including a urea resin or a melamine resin and ammonium chloride, ammonium nitrate, calcium chloride, calcium nitrate, magnesium chloride, magnesium nitrate, magnesium sulfate, sodium chloride, sodium nitrate, potassium chloride, and zinc chloride to the mixture (m2), preparing foaming composition by adding a complex functional extract mixture containing a natural extract mixture containing Mokdanpi extract, Japanese pepper extract, juniper extract, and wormwood extract, and a mineral solution containing mineral salts, organic acids, germanium and selenium to the mixture (m3), and performing a foaming molding process using the foamed composition.
