NOVELTY - An environmentally-friendly epoxy grouting material comprises 100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 60-90 pts. wt. non-reactive diluent, 10-30 pts. wt. reactive diluent, 0.1-3 pts. wt. nano particles, 12-25 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-18 pts. wt. toughener and 5-8 pts. wt. accelerator. USE - Environmentally-friendly epoxy grouting material (claimed) used in foundation reinforcement treatment and concrete crack treatment. ADVANTAGE - The preparation process is simple and easy to master, and has wide raw material source. The chosen raw material components are non-toxic to human bodies, so that the environment friendliness and safety of constructors are ensured. The prepared environmentally-friendly epoxy grouting material has low initial viscosity and strong groutability, and the gelation time can be regulated according to the formula which can ensure excellent mechanical property and toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of environmentally-friendly epoxy grouting material, which involves (S1) adding epoxy resin, non-reactive diluent and reactive diluent, mixing, adding the nano particles, stirring for 10 minutes to obtain component (A), (S2) adding curing agent, toughener and accelerator, mixing to obtain component (B), and (S3) mixing the component (A) and the component (B).
