NOVELTY - Electromagnetically shielded synthetic leather comprises a polyurethane layer as top layer, a substrate as underlayer and a polyurethane layer comprises material A and material B. The material A comprises polyether polyol and polytetrahydrofuran ether in a weight ratio of 6-8:2-4, and a graphene powder of 2-3 wt.% in the material A. The B material is polyol obtained by polymerizing ethylene glycol, adipic acid, 1,4-butanediol, and 2-4 wt.% carbon nanotubes of B material. The ethylene glycol, adipic acid, and 1,4-butanediol are composed of 5-6:5-6:5-6 by weight and A and B materials are comprises 10:5-10. USE - Used as electromagnetically shielded synthetic leather. ADVANTAGE - The leather is suitable for people with physical disabilities. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the electromagnetically shielded synthetic leather comprising (i) adding material A into graphene powder, then adding nano silica and nano zinc dioxide and stirring for 1 hour; (ii) uniformly mixing ethylene glycol, adipic acid, and 1,4-butanediol with material B, polymerizing into a polyhydric alcohol according to the ratio, which is a prepolymer having a NCO functional group and then adding barium sulfate and iron oxide and stirring for 1 hour; (iii) stirring the A and B materials at a temperature of 45 degrees C for 1-1.5 hours to obtain mixture, spreading the mixture on a release paper by knife coating or spraying at a temperature of 100 degrees C, heating down to change the mixture from a liquid state to a semi-dry state and coating amount of the mixture scraping or spraying is 120-250 g/m2; and (iv) uniformly mixing mixture, copper mesh layer and substrate, heating-aging and separating the release paper.
