NOVELTY - A nano-nickel-molybdenum/graphene oxide catalyst comprises nickel nanoparticles and molybdenum nanoparticles loaded on the surface of activated graphene oxide. USE - Nano-nickel-molybdenum/graphene oxide catalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano-nickel-molybdenum/graphene oxide catalyst has uniform dispersion property, and excellent stability, and hydrodesulfurization catalytic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nano-nickel-molybdenum/graphene oxide catalyst, which involves dissolving molybdenum precursor in water, adding sulfide, aging for 4-12 hours to obtain composite product, ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in decalin, adding surfactant, stirring for 0.3-0.7 hours to obtain mixed solution, dissolving nickel precursor in deionized water, adding composite product and mixed solution, reflux heating at 120-180 degrees C under a nitrogen atmosphere, centrifuging, washing, and drying.
