NOVELTY - The method involves slowly adding quantitative natural crystalline flake graphite into a stirring device with 120 ml concentrated sulfuric acid while stirring continuously for half an hour. A potassium permanganate is slowly added and stirred continue continuously for 1-2 hours at 10-20 degree Celsius to 20-35 degree Celsius. A hydrogen peroxide is added until the mixture becomes bright yellow from black brown and no bubble is generated under condition of keeping the room temperature. An acid waste liquid dissolved with small amount of graphene oxide is removed, and hydrochloric acid solution is added to fully wash the mixture. An ammonia water is added to washed mixture of hydrochlorate until pH value is close to neutrality, and repeatedly washing with deionized water until silver nitrate solution to obtain graphene-based electromagnetic meta material of graphene. USE - Method for preparation of graphene-based electromagnetic meta material. ADVANTAGE - The process is simple and the difficulty of preparation is small so as to embody the practicability of the preparation method. Through the set driving motor, it can realize the dismounting and mounting of the tank cover and the tank.
