NOVELTY - A sulfonated graphene oxide/tin oxide/polyaniline composite material preparing method involves preparing oxide graphene/tin-oxide colloid, followed by adding p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid to water and heating, adding sodium nitrite to the solution, adding hydrochloric acid with stirring to obtain an aromatic diazonium salt. The oxidized graphene/tin oxide colloid is added to diazonium salt and reacted to obtain sulfonated graphene/tin dioxide complex solution. The aniline is fully dissolved. The mixture is filtered and washed. The washed mixture is dried to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing sulfonated graphene oxide/tin oxide/polyaniline composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the sulfonated graphene oxide/tin oxide/polyaniline composite material with better reliability, high energy density and power density, better circulation performance, in a simple and environmental friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A sulfonated graphene oxide/tin oxide/polyaniline composite material preparing method involves 0.5 g graphene oxide dissolved in 100 mL deionized water, subjecting to ultrasonic treatment for 30 minutes, adding tin-chloride solution and sodium hydroxide solution, subjecting to ultrasonic treatment for 5 minutes, transferring to high pressure reactor, heating at 185 degrees C for 8 hours, cooling the heated mixture naturally at room temperature, washing the mixture with deionized water to neutral to obtain an oxide graphene/tin-oxide colloid, followed by adding 2.30 g p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid to 100 mL deionized water and heating slowly to complete dissolution, adding 0.94 g sodium nitrite to the solution, adding 2 kg concentrated hydrochloric acid at a concentration of 12 mol/L with stirring to obtain an aromatic diazonium salt in an ice bath for 10 minutes. The oxidized graphene/tin oxide colloid is added to the aromatic diazonium salt and reacted under ice bath for 2 hours to obtain sulfonated grapheme/tin dioxide complex solution. The 0.05-2 g aniline is fully dissolved in 50 mL chloroform to obtain aniline solution. The aniline solution is taken as oil phase to obtain complex solution for water phase using the interface polymerization. The reaction is carried out at 0-5 degrees C for 24 hours. The large amount of dark green product appeared at the interface of oil and water. The mixture is filtered and washed. The washed mixture is dried at 60 degrees C for 12 hours to obtain the finished product, where the ratio of tin-chloride to sodium hydroxide is 1:4, and the mass ratio of tin-oxide to graphene oxide in the prepared graphene/tin-oxide colloid is 0.1-2:1.
