▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method comprises (i) processing ultrasonic dispersion mixing graphene and aluminum powder, (ii) stirring, drying in vacuum drying box, adding dried powder into vacuum hot pressing sintering furnace to sinter to obtain aluminum graphene middle prefabricated block, cutting prefabricated block and aluminum yttrium intermediate alloy and coating with aluminum foil paper, (iii) cutting into small blocks and adding into graphite crucible, adding crucible, heating at 740-760 degrees C for 25-30 minutes, melting matrix alloy completely, adding aluminum yttrium middle alloy small particles into crucible in batches, heating at 780-800 degrees C for 20-25 minutes, adding aluminum graphene middle prefabricated block small particles into crucible in batches at different angles, adding prefabricated block and applying high energy ultrasonic, quickly cooling melt at 585-600 degrees C, and (iv) applying secondary ultrasonic, ultrasonicating for 60-90 seconds, and water quenching. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene and rare earth complex reinforced aluminum alloy semi-solid slurry. ADVANTAGE - The method: enables to prepare graphene and rare earth complex reinforced aluminum alloy semi-solid slurry in stable and eco-friendly manner; obviously thinned prepared semi-solid slurry tissue; graphene and substrate interface are combined well; and uniform distribution of secondary phase.
