NOVELTY - Fast response oil sensitive deformation film is a polydimethylsiloxane cured film doped with graphene oxide. The mass ratio of the graphene oxide to polydimethylsiloxane is 0.5-10 wt.%. The one side of the film is smooth, and the other side of the film is etched with a micro-track structure. The micro-track structure is a queue of three-sided convex columns arranged in parallel. The row of triangular prism columns in each row consists of an ordered arrangement of multiple triangular prism columns with an isosceles triangle in cross-section. The distance between adjacent triangular prism columns of the same triangular prism column is not more than 0.01 mm. USE - Fast response oil sensitive deformation film. ADVANTAGE - The fast response oil sensitive deformation film is quickly respond to deformation caused by grease stimulation, solves problem of multi-layer structure life, and also convenient for production and processing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for quickly responding to an oil-sensitive deformation film, which involves: (A) mixing and stirring graphene oxide and polydimethylsiloxane uniformly to obtain precursor body fluid; (B) pouring the precursor liquid on a smooth surface, using the mold to control the film thickness, and then degassing and heating and curing in a vacuum environment; (C) using laser etching to prepare the micro-track structure on one side of the cured film, and do not do any treatment on the other side, removing the prepared film for ultrasonic cleaning; (D) arranging micro-track structure in a queue of three-sided convex columns in parallel; (E) arranging row of triangular prism columns in each row consists of an ordered arrangement of multiple triangular prism columns with an isosceles triangle in cross-section; and (F) cutting prepared film into the required shape to a quick response oil-sensitive deformation film.
