NOVELTY - The battery has silicon solar cell structure (1) provided with crystalline silicon wafer (2) whose light-receiving surface is distributed with graphene bus lines (3) arranged parallely at specific interval. The light-receiving surface of crystalline silicon wafer is provided with two vertically arranged narrow aluminum wire bus bars (4), vertical strip of graphene extraction electrode (5) and back electrode (6) with graphene core wire. The back electrode is provided in exposed portion of crystalline silicon wafer. The graphene bus lines are arranged laminating with each other. USE - Crystalline silicon solar energy battery with graphene bus wire and aluminum wire bus bar, used in industrial field. ADVANTAGE - The crystalline silicon solar energy battery with graphene bus wire is provided with improved transmission capacity and increased photoelectric conversion efficiency.
