NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-based composite material involves using Hummers method to prepare graphene oxide, adding graphene oxide to concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring, slowly adding potassium permanganate, maintaining temperature without exceeding 20 degrees C, heating at 45 degrees C for 1.5-3 hours, placing the solution in an ice bath, cooling, adding water and 30 wt.% hydrogen peroxide, stirring for at least 1 hour, ultrasonically dispersing for 0.5 hour, obtaining an aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide, adding titania to deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing, forming titania solution, adding aqueous graphene oxide dispersion to titania solution, stirring for 12-24 hours, obtaining mixture (A), washing the mixture (A) several times with 500 mL dilute hydrochloric acid in a ratio of 1:10, removing metal ions, washing repeatedly with deionized water, centrifugally removing acid, obtaining graphene oxide-titania composite solution, and preparing titania-graphene oxide film. USE - Preparation of graphene-based composite material used in dye solar cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easy, and suitable for mass production, can produce large-sized graphene-based composite substrates with excellent stability and reliability.
