NOVELTY - Solar cell positive silver paste comprises 2-12 pts. wt. graphene, 40-64 pts. wt. conductive silver, 1-3 pts. wt. binder, 12-25 pts. wt. dung oil, 10-20 pts. wt. polypropylene glycol, 20-30 pts. wt. ethyl acetate, 1-4 pts. wt. straw powder, 12-24 pts. wt. sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. leveling agent and 0.4-0.8 pts. wt. anti-aging agent. USE - Used as solar cell positive silver paste. ADVANTAGE - The silver paste improves conductivity of graphene and compressive ability of the cured front electrode, and has excellent physical property of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing solar cell positive silver paste comprising (i) taking raw materials, immersing graphene in cow dung oil, grinding and then freeze-drying, (ii) adding conductive silver powder, polypropylene glycol, ethyl acetate, straw powder, sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, antioxidants, leveling agent and anti-aging agent into ball mill, mixing, adding backup material and adhesive in step (i), stirring front of silver paste to obtain final product.
