NOVELTY - Optimized preparation of graphene comprises pre-oxidizing crystalline flake graphite, obtaining graphite interlayer compound through oxidation intercalation, realizing expansion coupling stripping of graphite interlayer compound by quick heating, so as to prepare graphene; the pre-oxidation treatment is realized by adopting a mixed solution of hydrogen peroxide and aqueous ammonia, and pre-oxidizing graphite by active oxygen produced by decomposition of hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by aqueous ammonia; the oxidation intercalation is realized by using a mixed solution of sodium perborate and glacial acetic acid. USE - The method is useful for optimized preparation of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The graphene has an average size distribution of micrometers, a sheet thickness of 0.8 nm, and an electrical conductivity of 3x 104 S/m.
