NOVELTY - A carbon polymer compound dispersion is produced by adding a carbon polymer compound to organic solvent to form a first solution; adding an amphiphilic polymer compound to purified water to form a second solution; and mixing the first solution and second solution to form a third solution. USE - Production of carbon polymer compound dispersion. ADVANTAGE - High degree of dispersibility for the carbon polymer compound is maintained for more than 150 days. High stability and high reliability that can maintain high electrical characteristics are secured while still maintaining high electrical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for carbon polymer compound dispersion liquid comprising an organic solvent to which a carbon polymer compound is added; and an amphiphilic polymer compound having a hydrophobic portion and a hydrophilic portion, where the hydrophobic portion of the amphiphilic polymer compound binds to the carbon polymer compound so that the hydrophilic portion of the amphiphilic polymer compound is a surface of the carbon polymer compound and the hydrophilic portion of the amphiphilic polymer compound is dissolved in the organic solvent to maintain the degree of dispersion of the carbon polymer compound.
