▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene thermal conductive film and sheet comprises (1) immersing foam template in graphene oxide slurry, (2) laterally compressing foam template immersed in graphene oxide slurry, (3) drying and carbonizing foam formwork under transverse compression, and (4) graphitizing carbonized foam template to obtain graphene thermally conductive film or sheet. The foam template includes polyurethane, expandable polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene, XPS, ethylene-vinyl acetate, thermoplastic elastomers and thermoplastic polyurethane. USE - The method is useful in preparing graphene thermal conductive film and sheet in mold for transversely compressing foam template soaked with graphene oxide slurry. ADVANTAGE - The film/sheet has high thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance and no delamination in longitudinal direction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for mold.
