▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene/titanium dioxide composite material with hollow microsphere shaped structure comprises reducing graphene oxide and titanium dioxide. A microstructure of the composite material is formed after nanoparticles mutually adhere around to form a hollow microsphere, where the surface has crystalline titanium dioxide nanoparticles as anatase material. USE - Used as graphene/titanium dioxide composite material with hollow microsphere. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has good macroscopic properties, water dispersibility, chemical stability and organic dye photodegradation effects (claimed) and catalytic activity. The method: is simple; provides composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the composite material, comprising (a) preparing slightly modified stober preparation of monodisperse colloidal silica microspheres with controllable size, (b) using ultrasonic assistant self-assembling of small sized graphene oxide sheet (having radial size of not greater than 200 nm) to coat on silica microsphere surface, to prepare silica/graphene oxide composite microsphere having good water dispersibility, (c) ultrasonically dispersing the composite microsphere in water, gradually adding into anhydrous ethanol under ultrasonic conditions, adding polyvinyl pyrrolidone aqueous solution in a drop wise manner, stirring for 30 minutes, adding titanium tetrafluoride aqueous solution, stirring uniformly at room temperature, adding ethanol, with a ratio of5:2 with water in the reaction system, the mass ratio of silicon dioxide/graphene oxide composite microsphere and titanium tetrafluoride is 2:5, the average molecular weight of polyvinyl pyrrolidone is 40000, and the concentration is 20 mg/ml and (d) transferring into a reaction kettle, at 180 degrees C, reacting under a solvent for 4 hours, cooling, centrifugally separating the precipitate, washing with water for multiple times and vacuum drying.
