NOVELTY - Method for preparing nano-reduced graphene conductive silver paste involves (a) adding 7-80 wt.% organic carrier, 19.3-19.3% micro silver powder, 2.2-2.2% graphene oxide silver powder and 1.5-1.5% glass powder to a barrel, and (b) mixing uniformly to form a nano graphene oxide-silver mixture, and (c) dispersing the nano graphene dioxide-silver paste mixture uniformly at a speed of 2000 revolutions/minute by a high-speed dispersion machine, and using three-roller machine gadolinium pressure for 5 times to obtain the nano-graphene oxide silver paste USE - Preparation of nano-reduction oxidation graphene conductive silver paste used in photovoltaic cell used in solar power generation. ADVANTAGE - The nano-reduction oxidized graphene conductive silver paste has excellent conductivity, large specific surface area, and high carrier mobility, and enhances the contact of silver powder particles, improves the property of the silver powder particle, and contact the conversion efficiency of the battery sheet.
