NOVELTY - Preparing composite nanowire of graphene quantum dots and iron-manganese solid solution comprises e.g. (i) preparing solvent dispersion of graphene quantum dots, (ii) reacting manganese acetate and oxalic acid, adding ferrous sulfate and reacting to obtain mixed precursor of manganese oxalate and ferrous oxalate, then washing and drying resulting product, (iii) mixing solvent dispersion of graphene quantum dots, mixed precursor of manganous oxalate and ferrous oxalate with stabilizer to obtain mixed solution, and (iv) introducing mixed solution to electrospinning method, drying and annealing. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite nanowire of graphene quantum dots and iron-manganese solid solution (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing composite nanowire of graphene quantum dots and iron-manganese solid solution comprises (i) preparing solvent dispersion of graphene quantum dots, where the graphene quantum dots have an average particle size of 2-5 nm and the concentration of the graphene quantum dots in the solvent dispersion is 5-10 mg/ml, (ii) reacting manganese acetate and oxalic acid to obtain manganese oxalate, then adding ferrous sulfate and reacting to obtain mixed precursor of manganese oxalate and ferrous oxalate, then washing and drying the resulting product, (iii) mixing solvent dispersion of graphene quantum dots obtained in step (i), mixed precursor of manganous oxalate and ferrous oxalate obtained in step (ii) with stabilizer to obtain mixed solution, and (iv) introducing mixed solution obtained in step (iii) to electrospinning method and drying and annealing to obtain final product.
