▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Polystyrene (PS) composite material comprises 60-80 pts. wt. PS, 10-20 pts. wt. acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), 6-24 pts. wt. titanium dioxide grafted poly(glycidyl methacrylate-acrylonitrile) (TiO2-g-P(GMA-AN)), 8-12 pts. wt. treated graphene, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant and 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. lubricant. The preparation of TiO2-g-P(GMA-AN) includes placing titanium dioxide (TiO2), sodium lauryl sulfate, emulsifier OP10 and deionized water in four-necked flask, adding potassium persulfate, reacting, adding glycidyl methacrylate and acrylic, mixing, filtering, washing and reacting. USE - Polystyrene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material prevents agglomeration of graphene, has high surface grafting rate and improves compatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Polystyrene (PS) composite material comprises 60-80 pts. wt. PS, 10-20 pts. wt. acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), 6-24 pts. wt. titanium dioxide grafted poly(glycidyl methacrylate-acrylonitrile) (TiO2-g-P(GMA-AN)), 8-12 pts. wt. treated graphene, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant and 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. lubricant. The preparation of TiO2-g-P(GMA-AN) comprises placing titanium dioxide (TiO2), sodium lauryl sulfate, emulsifier OP10 and deionized water in four-necked flask, dispersing by ultrasound for 6-10 hours, adding potassium persulfate, reacting at 80-120 degrees C for 4-6 hours to obtain mixed solution A, adding glycidyl methacrylate and acrylic to four-necked flask, mixing with mixed solution A, reacting at 120-160 degrees C for 8-12 hours to obtain mixed solution B, filtering mixed solution B, washing white product and reacting at 80-100 degrees C for 6-8 hours.
