▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A sensor plate comprises a metal plate, a coating layer formed by coating the surface of the metal plate, and a protective film layer having several holes adhered to the upper and lower surfaces of the two metal plates on which the coating layer is formed and exposing the coating layer to the outside. The coating layer is formed by applying a coating solution composition to the surface of the metal plate and drying. The coating solution composition comprises at least one of biomass polyurethane resin, ethylene methyl acrylate, carbon nanotube, graphene, alkoxysilane, sodium nitrite, filler, cenosphere, antioxidant and 1,3,5-triglycidyl isocyanurate. USE - Sensor plate used for installing in outdoors or indoors applications for detecting leakage of liquid such as water, oil, or chemicals. Uses include but are not limited to oil storage tanks, air conditioning facilities, cyclones, or floor, wall or ceiling slabs of building structures, machine rooms and situation rooms, control rooms. ADVANTAGE - The sensor plate can quickly detect leakage of liquid, and efficiently detect leakage with a relatively simple configuration and has improved durability to prevent deterioration of quality and function due to corrosion and oxidation caused by moisture or air or chemicals introduced by snow, rain or water cleaning and can be easily bent and deformed to prevent malfunction of leak detection.
