NOVELTY - A graphene-based passive thermocouple temperature detecting method involves preparing graphene film, transferring graphene film on substrate, carrying out electron beam exposure process, developing, etching process and selecting U-shaped graphene passive thermocouple and multiple of U-shaped graphene passive thermocouple array, followed by sputtering two different metals on electrode material and calculating graphene-based passive thermocouple temperature represented by the expression given in the specification.
