▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Light-cured three-dimensional printed silicon carbide ceramic component, comprises mixed slurry composed of 35-50 wt.% graphene-coated modified silicon carbide particles, 10-15 wt.% silicon powder, 0.5-1.5 wt.% aluminum powder, 0.5-1.5 wt.% copper powder, 0.5-2 wt.% dispersant and 30-53.5 wt.% liquid photosensitive resin, and is prepared by high-energy ball milling, UV three-dimensional printing and curing, low-temperature degreasing and high-temperature vacuum reaction sintering. The graphene-coated modified silicon carbide has good reflectivity in the ultraviolet 355-405 nm band, and realizes light-cured three-dimensional printing silicon carbide ceramic preforms, and after low-temperature degreasing and vacuum high-temperature silicon-carbon reaction, silicon carbide ceramic parts are obtained. The dispersant is polyethylene glycol. USE - Light-cured three-dimensional printed silicon carbide ceramic component. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-coated modified silicon carbide particles have good reflectivity in the UV light 355-405 nm wave band, realizing high precision light curing molding, high temperature silicon carbon reaction to obtain the silicon-carbide ceramic. The method uses photo-curing for three-dimensional printing to prepare silicon- carbide ceramic component, solves the problem that the photoreceptor is difficult to solidify, low precision, improving the forming rate, and generating silicon-carbon in situ by silicon-conversion reaction, the whole performance is obviously improved, realizing the high precision personalized near net forming preparation of silicon-carbide component, the technique is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for near net shape preparation method for light curing three-dimensional printed silicon carbide ceramic component.
