Heat-dissipating paint is uniformly coated on inner and outer surfaces of thermal conductor, between LED lighting assembly and thermal conductor, and on inner surface of metal sleeve. The heat-dissipating paint includes mixed resin, graphene, sodium montmorillonite, polyethylene glycol, nanosilica, cerium dioxide, activated mineral powder, and traditional Chinese medicine essential oil. USE - Graphene composite-based LED lamp. ADVANTAGE - The LED lamp is environment-friendly. The silicon carbide thermal conductor drives off mosquitoes, releases negative ions, has antibacterial effect, and removes formaldehyde, toluene, total volatile organic compounds and other pollutants, thus, enhancing utility function of traditional lamp. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Environment-friendly graphene composite-based LED lamp comprises lamp cover (1), LED lighting assembly (2), metal sleeve (4) sheathed with lamp cover, power supply drive module (5), base (6), and silicon carbide thermal conductor (3) between lamp cover and metal sleeve. The sleeve has radiating holes. The thermal conductor has heat-radiating grooves. Heat-dissipating paint is uniformly coated on inner and outer surfaces of thermal conductor, between LED lighting assembly and thermal conductor, and on inner surface of metal sleeve. The heat-dissipating paint comprises 60-75 pts. wt. mixed resin, 5-6.5 pts. wt. graphene, 3-4.5 pts. wt. sodium montmorillonite, 4-6.5 pts. wt. carboxylated styrene butadiene latex, 1.5-2 pts. wt. silicone resin methyl branched silicone oil, 0.7-1.2 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol (PEG), 0.7-1.8 pts. wt. n-pentane, 1-2.5 pts. wt. nanosilica, 7-9 pts. wt. polyacrylonitrile (PAN)-based carbon fibers, 1-2 pts. wt. fumed silica, 5.5-7 pts. wt. flame retardant, 4-6 pts. wt. modified aromatic amine curing agent, 15-20 pts. wt. solvent, 0.1-0.15 pt. wt. cerium dioxide, 1.5-2 pts. wt. activated mineral powder, and 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. traditional Chinese medicine essential oil. The mixed resin comprises phenolic resin and epoxy resin at weight ratio of 2:1 to 3:1. The PAN-based carbon fibers have length of 0.01 mm. The flame retardant comprises ammonium polyphosphate, melamine and expanded graphite at weight ratio of 2:1.5:1.3. The solvent comprises diacetone alcohol and butyl ester at weight ratio of 3:1 to 3:2. The activated mineral powder comprises germanite mineral powder, fluorite, tourmaline and zinc spinel at weight ratio of 2.5:3:3.5:1.7, and has particle size of less than or equal to 15 mu m. The tourmaline comprises magnesium tourmaline and lithium tourmaline at weight ratio of 4:3. The heat-dissipating paint is prepared by (A) uniformly high-speed mixing mixed resin, sodium montmorillonite, carboxylate styrene butadiene latex, silicone, methyl branched silicone oil, PEG, pentane, nanosilica, PAN-based carbon fibers, graphene, fumed silica, flame retardant and solvent at 80 degrees C for 40 minutes, and taking out to obtain first mixture; (B) cleaning 70-80 pts. wt. agrimony, 15-18 pts. wt. cortex moutan, 20-25 pts. wt. Chinese nutmeg tree, 15-20 pts. wt. lavender, 3-5 pts. wt. Japanese anemone, 3-5 pts. wt. calamus, 3-4 parts of radix salviae miltiorrhizae, 3-4 pts. wt. flaccid knotweed herb and 5-8 pts. wt. radix stemonae to remove impurities, placing in vacuum kettle at - 20 degrees C for 2-3 hours, and microwave drying at 17 kW for 30-40 minutes; (C) ultrafine crushing materials obtained in step (B) into 60 meshes to prepare medicine powder; (D) placing medicine powder in extraction kettle of supercritical carbon dioxide (CO2) extraction device, dynamically extracting at 28 MPa and 45 degrees C under CO2 flow rate of 1100 L/hour for 2 hours, and directly collecting crude oil; (E) freezing crude oil at 5 degrees C for 70 minutes, centrifuging at 17000 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 25 minutes, removing impurities, and vacuumizing at 85 degrees C for 3 hours to obtain first volatile oil; (F) cleaning 1-3 pts. wt. Rhododendron molle, 1-3 pts. wt. large-headed atractylodes rhizome, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. sweet marjoram, 3-4 pts. wt. purslane, 3-4 pts. wt. Ageratum, 3-4 unbracteolated spurge root and 3-4 pts. wt. Chinese mugwort, drying, ultrafine crushing into 30 meshes, soaking in 7 times deionized water for 5 hours, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain medicinal mixture; (G) boiling medicinal mixture at 80 degrees C for 2 hours, collecting distillate, extracting with ether, taking upper oil phase, and drying with 0.13-0.2 pt. wt. anhydrous sodium sulfate to obtain second volatile oil; (H) uniformly mixing first and second volatile oils to obtain mixed oil; adding wheat germ oil, Geranium essential oil, Saussurea involucrata essential oil, lemon essential oil and grapefruit essential oil while stirring; continuously stirring for 45 minutes; standing for 30 minutes; filtering and removing impurities to obtain medicinal essential oil; (I) mixing medicinal essential oil with first mixture obtained in step (A), and stirring at 70-80 degrees C for 15 minutes to obtain premix; and (J) ball-milling obtained premix, adding cerium dioxide, activated mineral powder and modified aromatic amine curing agent, concentrating at 70-80 degrees C for 4.5 hours, and filtering and removing impurities. The volume ratio of distillate to ether is 2.5:1. The weight ratio of mixed oil, wheat germ oil, Geranium essential oil, S. involucrata essential oil, lemon essential oil and grapefruit essential oil is 2:0.5:0.5:0.6:0.4:0.5. The medicinal essential oil further comprises 3-5 pts. wt. surfactant, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. N,N-diethyl-m-toluamide, 9-15 pts. wt. butyl butyrate, 4-7 pts. wt. Eucalyptus oil, 1-2 pts. wt. isopropyl myristate, 10-15 pts. wt. sodium fatty alcohol polyethenoxy ether sulfate, and 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. sodium benzoate.
