NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene aqueous coating comprises e.g. (1) adding graphene powder into acid mixture and stirring under low temperature environment, adding strong oxidizing agent, heating, adding sodium hydroxide solution to reacting, filtering to obtain graphene oxide, (2) adding graphene oxide into mixed solution of cerium nitrate, polyvinyl alcohol solution and acetic acid, heating reaction, filtering to obtain a solid material, adding solid material to N,N-dimethylformamide, adding hexamethylene diisocyanate, and filtering to obtain modified graphene, (3) adding water and emulsifier into the mixer at a volume ratio of 2-3:1, stirring, adding methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, methacrylic acid and bisphenol A epoxy acrylate again, stirring for 20-30 minutes with speed of 300-500 revolutions/minute to obtain pre-emulsified mixture, (4) adding buffer to pre-emulsified mixture, stirring evenly, adding initiator, and carrying out polymerization reaction. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified graphene aqueous coating. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene aqueous coating has high compactness, good adhesive force, fast drying speed, strong impact resistance and good corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing modified graphene aqueous coating comprises (1) adding graphene powder into acid mixture and stirring under low temperature environment, adding strong oxidizing agent, heating, adding sodium hydroxide solution to reacting, filtering to obtain graphene oxide, (2) adding graphene oxide into mixed solution of cerium nitrate, polyvinyl alcohol solution and acetic acid, heating reaction, filtering to obtain a solid material, adding solid material to N,N-dimethylformamide, adding hexamethylene diisocyanate, and filtering to obtain modified graphene, (3) adding water and emulsifier into the mixer at a volume ratio of 2-3:1, stirring for 30-40 minutes, adding methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, methacrylic acid and bisphenol A epoxy acrylate again, stirring for 20-30 minutes with speed of 300-500 revolutions/minute to obtain pre-emulsified mixture, (4) adding buffer to pre-emulsified mixture, stirring evenly, adding initiator at 90-120℃, carrying out polymerization reaction, adding vinyltriethoxysilane, and mixed solution of tert-butyl hydroperoxide and sodium bisulfite, stirring for 20-45 minutes, adding aqueous ammonia to adjust pH to 7-8 and filtering to obtain aqueous emulsion, and (5) adding potassium silicate solution to aqueous emulsion, stirring and mixing, adding modified graphene and zinc powder, ball milling, adding defoamer and leveling agent, mixing uniformly to obtain modified graphene aqueous coating.
