NOVELTY - Graphene is added to mixed solution of concentrated sulfuric acid and fuming nitric acid, treated, intercalation agent is added, and stirred, to obtain reaction mixture. Reaction mixture is filtered, to obtain intercalated graphene. Intercalated graphene is treated, to obtain expanded graphene. Dispersing agent and liquid carrier are stirred, to obtain a mixture. The expanded graphene and obtained mixture are mixed and treated, to obtain multilayer graphene. The multilayer graphene is heated, to obtain anti-return stack graphene-containing layer and its composite material. USE - Preparation of anti-return stack graphene-containing layer and its composite material is used for electrode for lithium battery and supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method provides anti-return stack graphene-containing layer and its composite material having high thermal diffusivity, and favorable electric conductivity, thermal conductivity and mechanical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 1-5 parts mass Graphene is added to 15-20 parts mass mixed solution of concentrated sulfuric acid and fuming nitric acid, treated at 5-50 degrees C, and 1-5 parts mass intercalation agent is added, and stirred for 4-96 hours, to obtain reaction mixture. The reaction mixture is filtered through filter paper and washed with 1-10 wt.% hydrochloric acid, then the residue is washed with deionized water to a pH value of 5-7, and dried at 50-100 degrees C, to obtain intercalated graphene. The intercalated graphene is added into a high-temperature furnace, treated at 150-300 degrees C under nitrogen gas for 0.5-10 minutes, and graphene is expanded. 1-10 parts mass Dispersing agent and 90-99 parts mass liquid carrier are evenly stirred, to obtain a mixture. The expanded graphene and mixed mixture are combined together, added into a high-shear device, and treated for 0.001 hour, to obtain multilayer graphene. The multilayer graphene is heated at 50-150 degrees C, to obtain anti-return stack graphene-containing layer and its composite material.
