▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nano-densification of PIP combined with in-situ growth graphene/boron nitride nanotube ceramic base composite material comprises (i) depositing interface layer on the surface of preform to obtain preform prepared with interface layer; (ii) impregnating and cracking preform prepared with interface layer to obtain PIP-treated material; (iii) growing graphene/boron nitride nanotubes in-situ using PIP-treated composite material to obtain preliminary product of ceramic matrix composite material; and (iv) repeating steps of impregnating cracking and/or in-situ growth of graphene/boron nitride nanotubes of ceramic matrix composite preliminary product. USE - The method is useful for nano-densification of PIP combined with in-situ growth graphene/boron nitride nanotube ceramic base composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method increases densification and toughness of the material and significantly improves properties of the composite. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene/boron nitride nanotube ceramic base composite material, prepared by nano-densification of PIP combined with in-situ growth method.
