▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A polyamide amine-grafted graphene oxide-coated adsorbent is prepared using styrene-divinylbenzene-glycidyl methacrylate polymer microspheres as substrate, coating substrate surface with a layer of graphene oxide-derivatized composite matrix material prepared by Hummer method, grafting polyamide-amine dendrimer to substrate surface by chemical grafting method and modifying substrate with 1,4-butanediol glycidyl ether. USE - Preparation of polyamide amine-grafted graphene oxide-coated adsorbent for preparing biosensor for adsorption of small biological molecules (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of polyamide amine-grafted graphene oxide-coated adsorbent with excellent durability and chemical stability and uniform particle size by simple and economical method. The polyamide amine-grafted graphene oxide-coated adsorbent withstands wide pH range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of polyamide-amine grafted graphene oxide-coated biosensor, which involves selecting polyamide-amine dendrimer as modified material, controlling adsorption capacity of adsorbents by algebraic selection of polyamide-amine dendrimer.
