▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Method for addition of graphene derivatives in an ultrafiltration membrane, comprises adding a predetermined quantity of the graphene derivatives to a predetermined quantity of an organic solvent, mixing the graphene derivatives with the organic solvent to obtain a homogeneous graphene-solvent dispersion, adding the homogeneous graphene-solvent dispersion to a polymer solution in a predetermined ratio, mixing the homogeneous graphene-solvent dispersion with the polymer solution resulting in a homogenously dispersed graphene derivative in the polymer solution. USE - The method is used for addition of graphene derivatives to an ultra filtration membrane and making a hybrid ultra filtration membrane (claimed). The graphene derivatives is used as filler in the ultrafiltration filter membrane, which is used for removing harmful microbes and as a regular filter in removing turbidity in the water while retaining the nutrients in the water. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based materials introduced into the membrane materials effectively increases permeability, antifouling, antiviral and antibacterial properties of membranes. The graphene sheets do not agglomerate and the performance of the filter remains the same throughout its life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for making a hybrid filtration membrane, comprising loading the homogenously dispersed graphene derivative polymer solution in an extrusion apparatus, extruding hollow micro-porous fibers made of the homogenously dispersed graphene derivative polymer solution via a process of extrusion, immersing the extruded fibers in water for a phase inversion bath.
