NOVELTY - Preparing composite piezoelectric material based on electrostatic spinning comprises (i) adding 10 ml ethanol, 190 ml deionized water and 0.2 g potassium hydroxide to beaker, adjusting pH of the solution to 10 using aqueous ammonia, stirring, adding 2 g barium titanate particles, performing ultrasonic oscillation, mechanical stirring for each 1 hour, centrifuging, drying at 120℃ to obtain methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane-modified boron titanate particle particles, (ii) preparing solvent for electrospinning, where solvent is dimethylformamide-acetone system, stirring and mixing 6 g dimethylformamide and 4 g acetone to obtain the solvent for spinning, (iii) mixing 1 g polyvinylidene fluoride powder, 0.05-0.20 g methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane-modified boron titanate, mixing graphene oxide with 10 g electrostatic spinning solvent, (iv) limiting parameter of electrostatic spinning device, and (v) preparing composite piezoelectric material fiber film. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite piezoelectric material based on electrostatic spinning, which is useful in flexible sensor, underwater sound, electro-acoustic, and medical treatment. ADVANTAGE - The composite piezoelectric material has flexibility of organic polymer material, strong electric property of inorganic ceramic. The method is simple, economical, easy to prepare into any shape and large area film, suitable for mass production; uses lead-free barium titanate; and avoids lead pollution.
