NOVELTY - Manufacture of molybdenum disulfide-graphene oxide graded structure involves dispersing graphene oxide and ethylenediamine trimolybdate in deionized water by Hummers method, ultrasonically-treating for 0.5 hour, adding L-cysteine, carrying out hydrothermal reaction, centrifuging, washing, drying and sintering under inert atmosphere. USE - Manufacture of molybdenum disulfide-graphene oxide graded structure (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and efficient manufacture of molybdenum disulfide-graphene oxide graded structure with high productivity and excellent recycling property.
